I felt so comfortable and welcome. My room was clean and well appointed, the common areas cozy, and the breakfast buffet was delicious! It was from the time we were picked up by George it was a welcoming experience back home!!! Raul at the front desk was very accommodating when we first got there. Also, there was another front desk who was very helpful (Caucasian gentleman; very informative and helpful). Thank you!
